The VIRGINIA Watermoc combines neoprene, mesh, bungee lacing and a lug sole in a water-ready silhouette pulled from adidas’ early-2000s outdoor archive.

Pharrell Williams and adidas have added a Watermoc to the growing VIRGINIA footwear universe. The $140 silhouette launched globally September 5 in blue, yellow and black and draws from adidas Adventure’s early-2000s Water Moc.

The build is more substantial than a foam clog: neoprene U-throat construction, breathable mesh, reflective webbing, bungee speed lacing and a rubber lug outsole designed for traction. That gives it a real use case beyond styling photos.
Choose the Watermoc if you want a more secure upper, ventilation and an outsole with actual lugs. Skip it if your priority is the lightest possible slip-on or a shoe you can rinse clean in seconds.
Black is the practical buy and will transition into fall easiest. Yellow is the image-maker. Blue sits in the middle and makes the technical detailing more visible without being quite as loud.
Worth it for shoppers who already live in trail sandals, technical sneakers or water shoes. Skip it if you only want a pool slide; $140 is too much to spend when the functional details will go unused.
