Simone Rocha and adidas Originals are turning one of Fall 2026’s most talked-about runway collaborations into something shoppers can actually buy. The first collection from the partnership launches globally on September 10, six months after Rocha previewed it on her London runway.\n\n## What is actually new\nThis is not a one-off sneaker colorway. adidas describes the release as the beginning of an ongoing collaboration with Simone Rocha, spanning footwear, apparel and accessories. Rocha keeps the sportswear recognizable, then pushes it through her own codes: pearls, diamanté, ribbon, tulle, broderie anglaise and exaggerated proportion.\n\nThe strongest shopping story is the footwear. The SR Taekwondo Ballerina takes adidas’ slim Taekwondo shape and adds ribbon lacing with pearl-inspired and crystal-like embellishment at the toe. The SR Climacool turns a performance runner into a Mary Jane with a cut-out tongue and sculptural heel counter. The SR Japan Fuzzy Slip On gives the archival Japan silhouette a pony-hair-effect upper, open heel and pearl-like Three Stripes.\n\n## The clothes are not an afterthought\nRocha also reworks three adidas track tops: the Firebird becomes cropped and voluminous, the Beckenbauer gains a tulle underlay, and the Superstar top gets puffed sleeves. Frilled dresses, skirts, trousers, fitted leotards and a broderie-anglaise Airline bag push the collaboration well beyond sneaker-drop territory.\n\n## When it launches\nThe collection launches globally September 10, 2026 through CONFIRMED, adidas.com, adidas stores, Simone Rocha stores, simonerocha.com and select retailers.\n\n## The Girls Who take\nThis is the rare designer-sportswear collaboration where the fashion idea is obvious before you read the press release. The Taekwondo Ballerina and Climacool Mary Jane sit directly at the intersection of two high-intent footwear lanes: ultra-slim sneakers and fashion-forward flats. That makes this more than runway novelty. If you already want one of those silhouettes for fall, this is the release to watch first rather than chase once the best sizes disappear.
